intolight was part of the EMDL initiative. In the years 2014 and 2015 this partnership of European and Canadian cultural organizations allowed an international community of artists/researchers to explore the full-dome environment as a platform for creative innovation and artistic expression.

Eight workshops in Montreal, Athens, Plymouth, Dresden and Vienna allowed formulating, exchanging and prototyping ideas related to interactivity and immersion. Intolight was able to develop a dome graphics pipeline geared for rapid asset staging in the dome, and reutilizing content in a wide range of different domes, such as different sizes, truncated, open, etc.
