It always honors us to work with returning clients on new incarnations of annual events. The 2012 futurezone awards received a lot of positive feedback, especially for the design of the projections. So for the 2013 futurezone award we continued using the very graphic interpretation of a circuit board that is also defining the design of the award trophy itself. The show was realized using VVVV and consisted of dynamically generated animations that were flexible in timing and positioning. The location was new, so we adapted the stage set-up to be dominated by a large widescreen projection. To still reach out into the room we synchronized the ambient lighting to compliment the color effects in the presentation and to draw attention to the front when necessary.
