is there a fog effects there ?
and how to make the pieces glow ? and how to control it ?
could you leave me any clue to accomplish a similar effect?

hey thanks.
basically there is no post effect. its just additive blending with low alpha value. use the render state input pin of a shader with a blend(EX9.RenderState) node. with many single objects overlapping you get the above result.
