Very ugly workaround!

I am from wishing there was an easy and relible seekable video option in both DX9 & 11. It is too much to wish for?

its all a codec question, you can use the PicVideo mjpg codec... i've done many projects with frame precise looping and seeking with it.

Thanks TF. I was a bit sidetracked by using DX11- the vlc node seems to not always take the same time to seek, and you can't use it's pos out pin because it is some how not continuous, even with good codec settings.

The vlc nodes are flawed, their not reporting absolute frame position is a real issue. Bump my wish for a native hap codec player ;)
