If you are using WOL, on the client computers that you want to wake up do the following:
1. Go to Device manager-> Network adapters
2. Select properties on your Network adapter
3. Select the power management tab
4. Make sure the “Wake On Magic Packet from power off state” is checked
5. Make sure Wake on lan from S5 is enabled in BIOS
