tonfilm, Tuesday, Nov 7th 2006

anybody interested in testing the latest www.fraps.com release with vvvv? they promise highres capture with high framerates. beware: only works in vvvvullscreen!

kalle, Thursday, Nov 2nd 2006

kalle, Thursday, Nov 2nd 2006

elektromeier, Thursday, Nov 2nd 2006

freu mich drauf... mit 4v quasseln :)

elektromeier, Thursday, Nov 2nd 2006

@ele: 2 Doofe, ein Gedanke, pflegt der Volksmund hier zu sagen. --- this are the first , rough attempts. i'm in it right now...

kalle, Thursday, Nov 2nd 2006

i mean especially for the speach synthesizer it would be cool to send him the actual text directly out of vvvv....

elektromeier, Thursday, Nov 2nd 2006

cool speech to text text to speech tools... is it also possible to send strings to pie instead of midivalues? you mentioned osc support?

elektromeier, Thursday, Nov 2nd 2006

jimmi, Thursday, Nov 2nd 2006

ok, i wear my hat again. btw. i need a haircut.

kalle, Wednesday, Nov 1st 2006

heh. but my job was once again mainly copypasting some code. the reactTIVision boys are the freaks behind the fiducials.

joreg, Wednesday, Nov 1st 2006

another time i take my hat off for joreg. i just printed that PDF. when wiping this in front of my cam everyone in the bureau came to see what i am doing there.

@west its fun but does tend towards the inoffensive.... Built up a large library of textures though!

catweasel, Wednesday, Nov 1st 2006

Wow Cat, that looks like an awesome job to do for Xfactor, congrats!!

Westbam, Wednesday, Nov 1st 2006

WP: In applications of augmented reality or virtual reality, fiducials are often manually applied to objects in the scenery to recognize these objects in images of the scenery. For example, to track some object, a light emitting diode can be applied to it

david, Wednesday, Nov 1st 2006

i even searched for fiducials...still don't have a clue

u7angel, Wednesday, Nov 1st 2006

@iorec,max: Wot isit? I'm bursting with curiosity.

kalle, Wednesday, Nov 1st 2006

AlphaZen, Tuesday, Oct 31st 2006

kalle you got a message

elektromeier, Tuesday, Oct 31st 2006

unfortunately he dropped 0.20 which also supports OSC. i think he is busy reworking his site. msg me if you want 0.20

kalle, Tuesday, Oct 31st 2006

kalle, Tuesday, Oct 31st 2006

kalle the link doesnt work

elektromeier, Tuesday, Oct 31st 2006

with PIE http://carl.kenner.googlepages.com/ it should be possible to use Microsofts Speech Recognition to control your patches ! text-to-speech works without problems.

kalle, Monday, Oct 30th 2006

kalle, Friday, Oct 27th 2006

thx! can you tell me how to access it with vvvv? as I said, I'm a noob to midi AND vvvv ^^

AlphaZen, Friday, Oct 27th 2006

@alphazen: here is a preliminary .PIE file, not perfect at all http://vvvv.org/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=944

kalle, Friday, Oct 27th 2006

I found GlovePIE, too. But I have to get into it first. Didn't do anything with MIDI except listenung to some files till now :D

AlphaZen, Friday, Oct 27th 2006

the links you sent me are great. I've been reading and trying and doing the whole night..

kalle, Friday, Oct 27th 2006

Hey AlphaZen, i also had problems with rejoice. seems not stable. try this one http://carl.kenner.googlepages.com/glovepie this is HELL of a tricky tool. i wonder that i never heard about that by now

kalle, Friday, Oct 27th 2006

@kalle: did you get Rejoice running? give's me an error message on startup "runtime error (6): overflow"

kalle, Thursday, Oct 26th 2006

@kalle I#m working with the P5, too. I have two links for you if you are interested

AlphaZen, Thursday, Oct 26th 2006

@elemeier: it was 50 Euro on eBay, the fingers work pretty fine, the tracking is more a cheesy thing. but for sure that can't be like a "Flock of Birds" for almost 100x the money... and i keep tweaking and will post modules soon...

kalle, Thursday, Oct 26th 2006

wouldn't be that bad if one can delete files attached by himself... but I fear this tikiwiki doesn't allow this, does it?

AlphaZen, Thursday, Oct 26th 2006

no good.

david, Thursday, Oct 26th 2006

i think its a bug... it hapens when you reedit your post and/or if you hit the reload or back button to the edit form...

elektromeier, Thursday, Oct 26th 2006

guys. lately i observed triple attachments in forum posts. was that on purpose or on accident, a bug? eg. http://vvvv.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?forumId=7&comments_parentId=10895#threadId10937

david, Thursday, Oct 26th 2006

not really cool? for what purpose you ordered it?

elektromeier, Thursday, Oct 26th 2006

p5 dataglove from ebay just arrived. with rejoice http://www.fireballtrailers.com/rejoice it outputs MIDI. well, its a toy, not a tool :(

tonfilm, Tuesday, Oct 24th 2006
