{SPLIT(colsize=>65%|35%)}
inspired by "Cornstarch"-Videos (e.g.: A pool filled with non-newtonian fluid) this module tries to estimate the amount of movement of the input texture and controls its delay with this data.
this means:
if there is not much movement, there is almost no delay.
the more movement, the more delay.
or inverted.

{SPLIT(colsize=>65%|35%)} define the count of frames to be sampled with the Frame Buffer pin.
"scroll" through that buffer with the delay pin
"0" means no delay
"1" means maximum delay
