i think the vst plugins Buffer Synth 2 or timefreeze are able to do this for short samples when connected to the waveplayer

@emphrie: you need to set the channel Midi , wich is like a dmx universe, but from 0 to 15 in vvvv( 1 to 16 for behringer) AND then to set the controller number ( pitch from 1 to 127 ) to listen. So there is two thing to match: midi channel ( in fact un
